Leasing and Resident Relations: We will conduct market surveys and professionally market the property to maximize the GPI. We will conduct tenant screening and maintain positive tenant relationships to decrease turnover and have a positive reputation in the community.

Maintenance: We will handle the maintenance of the property including day to day property maintenance, maintenance repairs, unit turnover, emergency maintenance, vendor contracts and large improvement projects. We will also conduct property inspections.

Accounts receivable: We collect rents including the collection of any delinquent rents up to and including judgements and evictions. Monthly deposit of rents and reporting.

Accounts payable: obtaining insurance docs and w-9 for vendors. payment to vendors and monthly reporting.
